This disclosure applies to donations made to Tokyo Rust Organization. We are a not-for-profit general incorporated association. A donation is voluntary and does not purchase goods, services, or other benefits.

Additional fees	We charge no fees in addition to the donation amount. A donor's card issuer or financial institution may charge fees under its own terms, such as currency-conversion fees.
Refund policy — donor-requested refunds	Donations are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error or without authorization, contact contact@tokyorust.org within 30 days of the payment. We will review the request and, when approved, return the donation to the original payment method. There are no goods to exchange or return.
Refund policy — defective goods or services	Not applicable. A donation does not include goods or services.
Fulfillment or delivery time	Not applicable. No goods or services are delivered in exchange for a donation. The donation is complete when Stripe confirms the payment.
Accepted payment methods	The payment methods displayed on the Stripe Checkout page, including supported credit and debit cards and any wallet options available for the donor's device and location.
Payment timing	One-time donations are charged immediately when the donor confirms payment. Recurring donations are charged immediately and then on each billing date shown during checkout until canceled.
Price	The donor selects the donation amount. The amount is displayed on the Stripe Checkout page before payment is confirmed. Donations are not consideration for a taxable supply of goods or services.
Recurring donations and cancellation	Recurring donations continue at the frequency and amount displayed during checkout until canceled. To cancel future payments, email contact@tokyorust.org before the next billing date. Cancellation does not retroactively refund payments already processed.
